Client Evaluation of Service Questionnaire-(CSQ-8) (June 2011)

As part of the yearly internal scrutiny process and clinical governance of clinical practices provided, checks for 2010-2011 and clinical governance checks for 2010-2011, a random sample of 37 current patients (out of 52 completed cases who received psychological therapy between June 2010 and June 2011) was asked to complete the questionnaire below. Ratings are provided (numbers of endorsements for each rating/percentages of patients endorsing).
