CREDENTIALS

Dr Pollock qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 1992 and as a Forensic Psychologist in 1993 and holds the following positions and accreditations;

• ‘Chartered’ as both a Clinical Psychologist and Forensic Psychologist through accreditation with the British Psychological Society (BPS membership number – 34904; www.bps.org)
• Positions as a Clinical and Forensic Clinical Psychologist in a variety of health-service and civil-service based organisations since 1990
• Currently employed as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in a local Health & Social Care Trust for the past 20 years and served as Head of Adult Mental Health Clinical Psychology Services
• Director/Clinical Lead of FACET Forensic Psychology Associates Ltd. ( Companies House Registered No. 12188070), a private forensic clinical psychology practice that provides professional services to a range of health and social care services and psycho-legal services to a variety of organisations and Courts across the United Kingdom and world-wide
• Author of a number of books and contributor to books edited by others (available from www.amazon.co.uk; routledge.com) and author of a number of international peer-reviewed publications [see Publications link]

• Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology – Queen’s University, Belfast (1990)
• Master of Science in Clinical Psychology – University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (1992)
• Doctor of Philosophy – Durham University & Queen’s University, Belfast – (1997)
